Our School Day

Nursery

To ensure that all children are secure and settled and that Nursery staff eat their lunch and prepare for each session, it is imperative that all children are dropped off and picked up at the times below.

Morning Nursery: 8.30 am -11.30am 

Afternoon Nursery: 12.15pm – 3.15pm 

 

Reception

Registration: 8:40am – 8:50am

Teaching Time: 8:50am – 11:45am

Lunchtime: 11:45am – 1:00pm

Close of the school day 3:15pm

 

Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2)

Registration: 8:40am – 8:50am

Teaching Time: 8:50am – 12:15pm

Lunchtime: 12:15pm – 1:15pm

Close of the school day 3:15pm

 

Lower Key Stage 2 (Year 3 and Year 4)

Registration: 8:40am – 8:50am

Teaching Time: 8:50am – 12:00pm

Lunchtime: 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Close of the school day 3:15pm

 

Upper Key Stage 2 (Year 5 and Year 6)

Registration: 8:40am – 8:50am

Teaching Time: 8:50am – 12:30pm

Lunchtime: 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Close of the school day 3:15pm

This amounts to a total time in a typical week of 32.5 hours

Doors open to all classrooms, Reception to Year 6, from 8:40 and all classes finish at 3:15 so please ensure your children are dropped off and collected at these times.  Details of Before and After School Club can be found in the ‘Extended Provision’ tab.
